On Wednesday, September 5th Alan Koch presented the web seminar, Agile in CMMI-Rated Organizations. Alan stressed that Agile software development approach can be embraced in CMMI-rated organizations, but that proper care must be taken to ensure your CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) rating is not jeopardized.

In this 1-hour web seminar, Alan discussed The Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) guidance about Project Planning (PP), Project Monitoring and Control (PMC), Requirements Development (RD), and Requirements Management (REQM) and what these processes look like on Agile-CMMI projects.
