In this ScrumMaster training course, you will learn to implement Scrum, Run a Scrum Project, and Become a ScrumMaster. You will learn, understand and execute on the three overarching principles behind Scrum: iterative development, self–management, and visibility. This Scrum training course is perfect for those practicing or wishing to practice the role of the ScrumMaster, but is also highly valuable for anyone involved in a Scrum development effort (manager, team members, product manager, etc).
After successfully completing the Certified ScrumMaster Workshop, participants will have all information required to take the evaluation and become a certified ScrumMaster.
Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) Workshop: Hands–On Agile Engineering

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Workshop
This 2–day Scrum training course is designed for those who are responsible for setting product direction on a Scrum project. As the course moves through the disciplines promoted by Scrum, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of this Agile product development methodology while specifically reviewing the behaviors expected of a Scrum Product Owner. While many of us may be accustomed to the practice of establishing value and priority across projects, the Product Owner needs to consider value and priority across the features of a single project.
The Scrum Essentials one–day course will provide the student knowledge and understanding of fundamental Scrum principles and practices. It will explain the structure and roles on a Scrum Team and how Scrum works within the organization.
